Cremefat 422 A & B Made from a bend of highly refined and processed vegetable oil, with an excellent creaming performance and good meltdown behavior. Best suited for cream filling application.
Shortmix 202E General purpose shortening made from a blend of carefully refined and processed vegetable oil.  It maintains an excellent plasticity and good creaming performance which ensures optimum product quality. Best applied as dough shortening for breads, biscuits, crackers and other baked items.
Crisp & Dry 300 Special frying fat made from carefully selected and processed non-lauric vegetable fat.  Noted for its high smoke point, long mileage and superior tasting and keeping qualities to fried foods. Excellent for deep frying applications such as fried chicken, french fries and other snack food products.
Frymax 510D A non-lauric specialty fat with excellent stability.  Made from high quality and specially processed pure palm oil. Excellent for continuous deep frying of any snack food products and noodles.
Frymax 541D Liquid portion obtained from fractionation of palm oil.  It is refined, bleached and deodorized to remove impurities.  Permitted antioxidant has been added to improve stability, especially for frying applications. Ideal for continuous deep frying of any snack food products and noodles.
