Dairi Fat 410 & 412 Premium fat made from specially processed vegetable oil.  It is colorless, tasteless, stable against oxidation and has excellent meltdown behavior. Ideal for ice cream application.
Dairi Fat 413 A premium fat made from partially hydrogenated coconut oil, which has undergone special processing stages.  It is colorless, tasteless and stable against oxidation with excellent melting behavior. For candies, caramels, nougats, toffees and ice cream.
Dairi Fat 416E Made from a modified blend of carefully refined and processed vegetable oil.  It has a steep melting curve that imparts an excellent melting property and creaming performance. Best suited as oil blend for refrigerated margarine application. Also ideal for chocolate coatings.
Dairi Fat 418 Made from a blend of highly selected and refined lauric-based vegetable oil.  This has undergone further processing for excellent stability.  It is colorless, tasteless and has a good meltdown property. Excellent for ice cream and soft candy application.
Hydrogenated Palm Oil Made from highly selected and specially processed pure palm oil.   This is hydrogenated at different melting ranges for different applications. Oil blend for margarine and shortening, stabilizer for peanut butter, bullion soup and chocolate fats.
RBD Soya Bean Oil Premium non-lauric vegetable oil prepared from carefully refined and processed soybean oil.  Noted for its high quality and nutritional value. Best suited for mayonnaise, salads and frying applications.
