Choco Fat 950 Cocoa butter substitute with physical properties similar to cocoa butter.   It has excellent gloss and stability with very good palatability.  Suitable as a partial or total replacer of cocoa butter.  Best for molded chocolate bars, milk or dark confectionery coatings, fillings and centers.  Also ideal for oil containing nuts and high moisture fillings.
