Cakemate High performance stabilizer prepared from a blend of emulsifiers. Best suited for sponge cake applications.
Chocomate 143 Premium water based chocolate concentrate specifically formulated to meet the stringent and demanding chocolate product applications. Best suited for icing, frostings, fillings and toppings.  Other applications include milk drinks, spreads, etc.
Creamax Premium sweetened, condensed full cream milk made from the finest milk solids and milk fat using the most modern technology in processing. Recommended for use in desserts, sweets and delicacies.  Also perfect for baking, cooking and creamy beverages
Creme Fat 422A Specialty fat made from a blend of carefully refined vegetable oils.  It has an excellent creaming performance with a very good meltdown property. Best suited for cream filling applications.
Dough Plus 881 High ratio shortening made from a blend of carefully refined and processed vegetable oils and emulsifiers.  It provides excellent volume, fine texture and good eating and keeping qualities of finished products. Excellent for cakes, breads, donuts and other baked products.
Chiffon Cake Oil Liquid oil prepared from ploy-unsaturated non-lauric vegetable oil which is ideal for different application because of its high quality and nutritional value. Best suited for chiffon cake, salads and other food preparation.
Delite 145E Premium non-refrigerated margarine, which has a unique butter flavor with good bake-through quality.  It has a steep meting curve that is indicative of good meltdown property and excellent creaming performance. Ideal for cakes, cookies and other baked goods.   Also ideal for cream filling applications.

Whip Creme A non-dairy oil blend that provides a smooth texture when whipped. It is recommended for frosting, toppings, fillings and decoration.
White Creme Premium shortening made from a blend of modified soya bean oil and palm oil.  It has excellent plasticity over a wide range of temperature that provides easier workability on application.  It is light in color, with a unique flavor profile and good meltdown property, which gives a pleasant taste on finished products.
